Can customer pick up?Yes, customer can pick up. Due to our store, being still under construction. An associate will direct you to our warehouse, where you can pick up with an Invoice.

What's a dealer?a person or business that buys and sells goods. ( As a certified dealer, I m able to get the scooters or electric bikes from different brands and sell it to my customers.)

Do we have a physical store?Yes, we do. Our store is still under construction at the moment. We are located in Brooklyn, NY.

Are all products under warranty?All products are under warranty. More information for warranty is included in the product description.

Product shipping?Shipping is free, we do local delivery on weekends if you are located within a 10-15 miles range of store location. We also use FedEx ground for shipping if you live further.

How long until I get my product?We believe everyone should have products, once your order is processed within 7-10 business days.

How long for my order to process?Your order should take 1 business day to process.

Shipping weight?All units are securely packed. Shipping weight ranges from 60 pounds to 90 pounds.

Damaged?Immediately contact us. Send us an email with pictures the same day, so we can resolve the situation.

Do we do repairs?Yes, we do repairs. Please contact us and we'll be happy to assist and answer any questions. Contact information located on contact page.

Return Policy?If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return the product purchased on the Authorization channel within 30 days counting from the date of receipt the delivery package. Once the returned item arrives back to our location for inspection, the refund or exchange process will begin.

Do we do local delivery?Yes, local delivery for anyone who lives within a 15 miles radius. Guaranteed to get your unit before the week ends.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
