• Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.

• Wrong goods, we will accept to do exchange or return
• Damaged or missing accesories, upon delivery, please provide a picture for the right accesories for free.
• Package not delivered or missing, we will resend another one or full refund.
• Customer cancels order before item is shipped, we will give full refund.
• Once out of the box, we do not do full refund.
• Once customer exceed 30 days, no more refund.
